The 90-day warranty covers the cosmetic condition of the controller upon delivery and its full functionality. The warranty does not cover excessive wear or damage to the controller, which may be determined by inspection upon return. Examples of what would not be covered include, but are not limited to: torn or damaged power cord, damage from controller being dropped; liquid damage or food crumbs getting in or on the controller. We do not offer a warranty on controllers sent in for SCUF Send-In-Your-Own service, as we cannot guarantee the functionality of a used controller, though the work done on the serviced controller is warrantied (i.e. if you send your controller to add paddles, the paddles are under warranty, but the rest of your controller is not.) If you need to send your controller back for a warranty-related issue, please contact us.
