My SCUF has an issue and it's under warranty, how do I get it fixed?

What Does the Warranty Cover?


We provide this Warranty to you to ensure the Game Controller and/or Accessory is free from defect, malfunction or failure. At our expense, we will either replace, repair or provide a full refund of the price you paid for your Game Controller or Accessory, in accordance with the terms of this Warranty. SCUF Gaming will fully cover the cost of transportation to and from our facility. Once your SCUF is repaired and tested by our SCUF technicians, we will send you an email with the shipping information. This Warranty does not protect any gaming controller, device, apparatus or accessory not purchased directly from us.


To initiate a repair, please be sure to fill out as much information as possible about the controller you are returning.
